Our CEO, Michael, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and leading successful, community-focused businesses. His track record spans multiple states, where he has overseen operations that deliver essential products and services to families and communities. Michael brings a well-rounded expertise in strategic operations, sales leadership, and multi-site team management. Known for his ability to scale businesses efficiently while maintaining strong community ties, he continues to drive growth through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service.
Randy Galusha
Our Vice President of Operations, Randy, brings over 40 years of experience in underground utility construction, with deep expertise in wastewater infrastructure and emergency response to critical pipeline failures. His background includes extensive work with pressurized sewer lines (force mains), gravity-fed systems, and complex bypass pumping operations. Randy is widely respected for his ability to lead high-risk, time-sensitive projects—consistently delivering cost-effective solutions that minimize downtime, ensure environmental compliance, and maintain system integrity. His leadership and operational precision have been instrumental in keeping projects on schedule and within budget, even under the most challenging conditions.
